*Cancellation by the Client:

• • More than 60 Days Before Departure:
    • Full refund minus a small administrative fee ($100.00). (anytime before July 7th)
  • 30-60 Days Before Departure:
    • Partial refund (e.g., 50-75% of the trip cost) depending on recoverable expenses. (from July 6th to August 7th) 
  • Less than 30 Days Before Departure:
    • No refund, as most costs are already committed (from August 8th to the departure date)
